Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT)
LVT is an extremely hard wearing design floor covering with most manufacturers offering commercial warranties of 15 years or more. As it is a design floor covering you can have is customised as desired allowing your commercial space to really stand out and make a great impression, select manufacturers also offer ranges with high levels of customisation and made to order designs. It does require a high level of subfloor preparation meaning projects can take longer than other flooring types but is worth the wait! LVT is also available in Looselay and Click versions which have faster installation times, are typically more budget friendly but do not have as much design options.
Carpet Tiles & Commercial Carpets
Carpet Tiles are a great alternative to Commercial Carpets and are generally harder wearing too as well as having the ability of swapping any worn out tiles easily. There is also much more choice in Carpet Tiles currently and there is the ability to customise your floor. There is still a great amount of choice for Commercials Carpets and are the more cost effective option to Carpet Tiles as well as still being very hard wearing.
Safety Flooring
Safety Flooring is a more cost effective and faster paced option to LVT. It has simialiar wear layers making them wear very similar but comes in sheet form rather than individual tiles and the joins in the sheets are welded together. It also needs a high level of subfloor preparation but the floor covering is still a much faster installation.
