I booked the job with Jay knowing he didn’t have many reviews which made me anxious. When I checked out it turns out he was the main installer for another company previously. His portfolio is amazing.
Today he has finished the job and the workmanship is absolutely first class. I’m chuffed to bits.
This is a total replacement floor following a previous poor installation by another company.
Jay and his team put down a levelling compound followed by a damp proof course and then another levelling layer. Before he even started putting the LVT down you could tell his workmanship was absolute perfection. The new floor looks absolutely stunning!

Andrew MunroFirst class. Our substrate was extremely poor, some of it looked like asphalt on a concrete base and this was the living room. Whole floor was pitted and uneven and i had some concern it would need digging out.
But no worries to Jay who applied the levelling compound expertly and then finished the job next day with the LVT. Room looks amazing now and I'm so glad I went with EFC.
I had two rooms done, the other was a reception and it looks fantastic too. Floor was not as bad as sitting room but was still a mess. Again not a problem, and to be honest looked great with just the screed applied.

I ordered in the Kidsgrove shop first to get part of my downstairs done which has now been finished, I then went into the new Crewe shop to book in the last room. The best showrooms and service by far. Everything was done properly and they go above and beyond for everything, couldn’t make it any easier for me. I went for something a little bit more complicated and it was nothing for them, the floor is perfect. I can’t recommend enough, won’t bother going anywhere else again!
